Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Same-day delivery is available for Lagos orders placed before 2 PM. For other locations, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Lagos: ₦5,000 flat rate. Abuja: ₦8,000. Port Harcourt: ₦10,000. Free shipping on orders over ₦150,000 within Lagos.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also contact us directly for real-time updates.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments (Visa, Mastercard), USSD, and cash on delivery (Lagos only). All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened bottles within 7 days of delivery. Bottles must be in original condition with seals intact. Damaged or defective items will be replaced immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You'll receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.
Wine Storage & Care
How should I store wine at home?
Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place (15-18°C ideal). Avoid direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. A wine fridge is ideal for long-term storage.
How long can I keep wine?
It varies by wine. Most reds improve with 2-5 years aging. Whites are best consumed within 1-3 years. Premium wines (Bordeaux, Burgundy) can age 10-20+ years under proper conditions.
What's the best serving temperature?
Red wines: 16-18°C. White wines: 8-12°C. Champagne/Sparkling: 6-8°C. Remove reds from the fridge 30 minutes before serving, whites 15 minutes before.

What's included in the wine tours?
All tours include round-trip flights, accommodation, vineyard visits, wine tastings, meals, professional guides, and transportation. Check individual tour pages for specific details.
Can I cancel my event/tour booking?
Event cancellations: Full refund if canceled 48 hours before. Tours: 50% refund if canceled 30+ days before departure, no refund within 30 days.
